With 38 years in the industry, Craig Watts Homes started designing and building individual homes in 1985. Every site since then has been individually selected to ensure the our main principle is always kept in mind – not to build a house we wouldn’t want to live in ourselves!
A family business through and through, our properties are designed to ensure we only add to local communities and enhance the surroundings. We take the same care irrespective of whether we are building a one bedroom apartment or a luxury 5 bedroom home. We take the time to understand how people wish to live in our properties, what will make their lives easier and happier and use that in the design process. Many of our homes are bought off plan meaning we are able to work with individual clients to pick finishings and make their home tailor-made, a process which we love.
